This version fixes the graphml compliant problem and introduces a DOM
library to manipulate effectively XML
a Lines starting with '#' will be ignored.

This version introduces the ability to read the data set from STDIN.
If the -d option is not specified, STDIN input is activated with the
default CSV input format. Another format can be specified using the -i
option. String replacement works for all CSV inputs.
