Identification of genes responsive to treatments against Chronic Myeloid Leukemia

This project concerns the analysis of the modulation of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia cell model K562 transcriptome following transfection with the tumor suppressor gene encoding for PTPRG and the treatment with TKI.
