Adding new team members failes in Firefox

When adding a new team member the page does a full request without awaiting the request adding a new member. In Chrome the browser completes the request anyway but in Firefox the request is cancelled. The correct behaviour is to await the completion of the request. We should also consider avoiding the refresh.
