Write text for homepage

There should be a shorter more general introduction of ERCC, IAL, and maybe CLARIN in a first paragraph, then the "go to repository" button, and afterwards another section that goes into some more detail. It makes sense to also mention related IAL projects like DI-ÖSS and LCI. At the end of this, there should be a "Read more" link that leads to the About page.
