Proposal to introduce a warm-up probing of the system to verify the overall jitter of a system. It can be some sort of small rt-app implementation, just to see how the threads on the different CPU's behave.
This might then be used to estimate the overhead introduced by OS and context switching, allowing to better estimate the possible, achievable workload
