use a kubernetes runner
Currently the CI/CD pipeline is using the placeholder tag ado, indicating that a runner with data access to the operational ADO data is needed.
Eventually the job should run as a component of the ADO pipeline and thus likely on the Kubernetes cluster. Therefore adaptions to .gitlab-ci.yml (and probably elsewhere) need to be done.
