ML pipeline ideas for IT-1

Given the selected input files for IT-1 validation of the CyclOps platform (listed in uc2-interactive-session.md), try to think of a simple yet (somehow) meaningful ML task on 1+ of them, so to validate the components involved in the "Pipeline Orchestration" CyclOps workflow.
