Instruction improvements
- changes start link in participate to already have tags zu lokalizieren and ohne ort selected through the url
- adds one liner about having to add specific tags to partipate page
- changes english tags to german in the english instructions
- removes "about collection" instruction section
- removes "suggest date" instruction section
- removes description of metadata on instruction section
- moves order of sharing and adding to favorites to the end of instruction section
- renames "searching collection" to "picking the correct pins"
